FLOWGAS NIG. LTD. will work with the client and apply the best practices to develop a corporate Project Management methodology which will cover the following scope:

• Study the current client’s Project Management process.
• Analyze the existing client’s Project Management process.
• Identify the current projects’ problems.
• Develop a new Project Management methodology.
• Spread the methodology awareness amongst the client’s teams.
• Receive any feedback and update the proposed methodology accordingly.
• Conduct necessary training for selected core team.
